Model UN Club
The Syosset Model UN club competed against 5 other schools at Bayshore High School's Annual Model UN Conference this past weekend (Oct. 25) and brought home 9 of the 15 awards. Particular recognition goes to: Vihaan Shankar, Rishi Ghosh, Bernice Liang, and Roger Yi for winning the Award of Merit; Darren Gao and Derek Steinberg for winning the Award of Excellence; and Shivani Kumar, Pari Prajapati, and Juha Kim for winning the top Award of Distinction, in their respective committees. Every club member worked hard at this conference, and we are proud of them for representing Syosset with their excellent performance."
